These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VibeCheck Astro mobile app and this website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Entertainment purpose

VibeCheck Astro is provided for entertainment and self-reflection. Vibe scores, compatibility matches, and advisor responses are not professional advice and should not be relied on for decisions about relationships, health, finances, legal matters, or other important life choices. The website demo score is a playful preview only and is not a real reading.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and let us know of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Some features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
• Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your app store account settings.
• Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Submit other people’s personal information without a lawful basis to do so.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
